I am so glad that I have found VIP. They're concierge service makes it so easy for me to pick up my boat when I want to use it and I know my boat is safe when I drop it off to be put away. They have a great staff running the place that is very helpful and they sent out the sweetest Christmas present and card last year. They really go above and beyond. I always recommend VIP to anyone I know looking for boat storage in Lake Havasu.
VIP storage is the only solution for storage in Lake Havasu City! If you like to spend the most amount of time on the lake, then he ease of VIP Storage's concierge service is a must. Text them and your boat will be waiting outside ready for pick up behind their secure gates. Drop your boat off and they will store it inside their climate controlled warehouse. They also are very accommodating for your service professionals around town too. They will make sure your boat is available for mechanic service to pick up or detail specialist to clean. They even plug my battery charger in for me each time as well. All around I feel like a VIP!
I’ve had my boat at VIP for 3 seasons now. Nothing but great things to say. Most convenient location coming in and out of Havasu in my opinion, highly responsive staff and their facility is high quality. You won’t get a pause in your fee if you pull your boat temporarily from storage, but I don’t blame them. Their availability is usually in pretty high demand. Overall I have been very satisfied with VIP.
If you need a great place for storage this is it. The service provided by Lara was first rate. These people give till it hurts. Thanks for being there when I needed assistance.
Used them for 2 months and 1 week and they charged me for 3 full months. I asked for a refund and they got smart and would not help me. It's not right or honorable to deal with such crooked people. I highly recommend anywhere but here! DO NOT USE THEM. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
