F- Tammy waited a solid week before calling us telling us we have to quote ' MAIL IN ' our tax forms, AFTER she stated she send it electronically. ZERO professionalism MASSIVE personal calls instead of paying attention to tax payer. The so called receptionist claims she managed LIBERTY TAX and knows NOTHING about taxes - pitiful KATHY (spelling) who claims to be owner acts like a drunkard WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if you need PROFESSIONALS to do your tax returns. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK - - - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ! Slovenly people careless, messy, inefficient.

They did my taxes last year for 2018 and put my information in wrong by one number and it has messed up all my taxes even for this year. Trying to get my taxes for 2019 now has been such a hassle cuz of one mistake by them.
