No one works in this department. The ones that show up have a bad attitude. This department is the worst run department it the history of AZ. The records are delinquint. Years in the rears. Discussing managment. The county needs a new Treasury Secretary!!!

Trying to pay my 2019 property tax now for 2 weeks online and cannot because it is not working. Why would you guys change how we pay taxes online to a new website when the one directly to Mohave’s county’s website was excellent? Unbelievable!!! Now we have to go to the court house to pay in person, gurrrrr

I've owned several lots in Mohave County since 2009 (9 years). I've never had difficulty paying my bill or finding out what I owe. The tax rate is reasonable for all of the property which is unimproved. Very easy to Google the county and obtain all the info you need.

UNBELIEVABLE ..the employee I talk to would NOT tell me what paperwork the county requires to change vesting on a property ...IT"S A SECRET... they say providing the information would be giving tax advise. No information of any kind was made available.. no information was given on where I might find internet information or forms.

Very high taxation on land that is not build able. The taxes are higher than you can even sale for.
