Ordered the Ginger Chicken and the Grilled Chicken menu items from this restaurant. The packaging of the Ginger Chicken was so poor that when Door Dash delivered the food all the sauce were at the bottom of the soaked paper bag. Also the chicken portions for each item were incredibly small. I cannot help but think this restaurant is cheating customers.

Finally, South Burlington has a Vietnamese restaurant!nnThe owner is a hard working one man army. I've worn those shoes in the kitchen while on St. John, USVI. They aren't awesome most times.nnLuckily, it's been a few beautiful years since I was on a line. Its taken a few years of silent therapy to again feel the equanimity that creating a plate brings.nnSome scars leave no marks.nnBut I digress.nnOpening amidst stiff, established competition in Burlington and Winooski, this restaurant does a solid job. For a restaurant trying to find its legs during a pandemic, the food is good and will only get bettter.nnThe cold shrimp rolls are good, but had no pork (traditionally included).nnPlease note that they serve their banh mi with mayonnaise. I.Did.Not. A good substitution may be a little sriracha? I liked that they had slices of mild jalapeno included.nnThe pho was not overly aromatic or salty. The clarity was a little muddled. Gelatin extraction was moderate with a noticeable hint of beef fat that clings to your lips, but not overpowering. The noodle portion was generous, but the tendons needed more time (or a pressure cooker).nnService was friendly.nnI applaud them for even opening. Facing these unprecedented financial times, I would have kept my money in my pocket.nnI'll be back to support them.

Had the ref curry and got some Vietnamese egg rolls the portions were generous and flavors were on point.

Fantastic find that may just have the best pho in Burlington area. Best banh mi I’ve had outside Vietnam as well with the most perfect bread. Highly recommend, I will be ordering again for sure.
