Grazers Restaurant

After a hiatus from most dining out frequently we were in town seeing family and our friends wanted to meet up. Grazers was mentioned and after calling in for a reservation we were all set. When we arrived we sat outside and met our friends whom were already seated. There was live music covid-19 spaces seating and all staff were wearing masks. The drinks and draft list were decent and we all had a few different drinks to start the night off. Our waitress seemed new and there were a few bumps in the road with that but all in all the service was great. The food I was fairly disappointed with. We had the mozzarella sticks which were fantastic and I decided to have a favorite of mine at other places the impossible burger. My burger was cooked ok but had cinnamon as a spice added. Not the direction I was hoping for lol. I addressed this concern with the staff they apologized but I didn’t have a chance to really get satisfaction or resolution. Maybe it was just the night. The atmosphere here was good the rest of everything else was ok.

A decent burger joint offering some interesting twists. The barn burner burger is delicious. Tuna appetizer is standard, but tasty. Poutine is great!nnLots of drink choices.nnBest deal is the oyster happy hour from 4 to 5pm, $1 each!!!nnService is hit or miss. Food quality is fairly consistent.

Great service. Delicious food. I had the Farm House burger and sweet potato fries. Their honey mustard sauce was delish. Affordable prices, too.

Went to lunch today at Grazers and after being seated we waited over 18min for a server. When she arrived I let her know we had been waiting for a while and we would need to eat quickly. She said it was going to take a while before we were served. We had to leave after waiting 20min. Only three tables occupied in the whole restaurant. Never again...

Horrible customer service and I will never order food there again. Ordered food online and went to the restaurant to pick the food up. This was on a Tuesday and got to the restaurant at 1:10 pm well after the lunch rush. Online the order said it would be ready to be picked up at 1:20. My wife and I told the host we ordered online and asked if we could sit outside to eat our food since there were FIVE empty tables out there and he said yes and that he just needed to clean off a table. We stood outside waiting and 2 minutes later he came up to me and told me that they didn't have any tables available and that we were welcome to use the picnic table across the street that was baking in the hot sun. We passed up this tempting offer and stood outside waiting for our food and the host along with several waitresses walked past us over and over without ever acknowledging us. 1:20 quickly came and passed. Finally at 1:30 I asked the host if he knew anything about our order and he said he would go check and he went back into the restaurant and never came back out. At 1:35 finally one of the waitress walked up to us and asked what we had ordered and she went in and came out with our food a minute later. We stood there for over 30 minutes and during that time none of the 5 tables had anyone in them. I could understand if we showed up during the lunch rush that they wouldn't have a table, but this was well past that point. The restaurant was very rude especially considering we had just spent over 30 dollars on 2 burgers and the fact that they would have made more money since we would have ordered drinks with our food. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area so we will not be returning there.
