Consistently great. Handmade baked goods, cooked to order breakfast sandwiches (spicy egg wrap is awesome!). Oh and coffee, espresso, tea, etc. It's all excellent. Not the place if you're in a rush, but one of my favorites.
The maple latte is definitely top 5 in the county. They know what they're doing (which one might expect from a coffee shop, but it is far from guaranteed).nThe croissant had a nice toasted/dark edge to the flavor, which nicely complements the requisite buttery sugar.nI'm not a savory person (my middle name is Sweettooth), but I had some of my spouse's tomato basil breakfast sandwich, and it was 1) ample, 2) delicious, 3) complex. Shoutout to the bun and sauce in particular for my moment of ecstasy.
They actually clean their coffee equipment - so no bitter taste like you'd get with gas station coffees. Also, they'll make your breakfast sandwich on a biscuit or croissant if you ask.
Wonderful ham and egg breakfast croissant and Vermont Maple breakfast sandwich. This was our first visit, so we were treated with a cookie of our choice. The chocolate chip was amazing! A little crunchy on the outside and so chewy and yummy on the inside. My husband had the oatmeal raisin and said it was delicious as well. If it wasn't such a long commute from Oklahoma, we would quickly become regulars!
Frequent weekly. Only option for homemade breads, pasteries, great sandwich menu with delicious beverages. Eric and staff are warm and welcoming.
