This is the first time I have ever posted a negative review but I am that displeased with Hairbuilders. I bought an initial hairpiece several years ago. Initially my experience with the owner was quite good. However, the service and professionalism from her daughters is not the same. I never felt completely listened to, the quality of cuts was Less and less positive as time went on...I began to feel like they just were trying to get me to buy more- products, new system, etcmake more money by buying products and new hair pieces.nWhen I recently expressed not being happy with a new piece and it’s cut, they did not even respond to phone messages or emails.nnI have since found another salon that i am 100% happy with-she listened and fixed the piece I had bought from Hairbuilders. In the past I have referred people with hair loss issues to Hairbuilders, but I certainly will not be doing that in the future!
I just picked up my second wig. My first one lasted 1 1/2 yrs! It's the best head of hair I've ever had! The gals are great to deal with. Very professional and courteous. If you're self- conscious about thinning hair and bald spots, this is the place for you! Janet
One of Hair Builders clients was in Connecticut for an extended stay and he was referred to my salon for a hair cut. His hair looked amazing, the color and cut was spot on and the style was trendy but age appropriate. We had a tough act to follow! During the visit he raved about Agnes the owner and Karen the stylist. I strongly recommend Hair Builders to anyone that is losing hair and wants to feel good about their hair again.
