Pete's RV Center - VT

Outstanding customer service and communication especially parts manager Greg! Purchased a brand new trailer from Pete's RV in Connecticut that had some issues and rather than work with me they told me to contact the Burlington VT location. Greg listened to my concerns and worked with me from first contact August 22 through October 04 to resolve all my concerns and issues with the camper even though they didn't sell me the unit. Pete's RV does have a large volume of inventory to choose from but I would encourage one to contact the folks in Vermont. I HIGHLY recommend this location however I can't say the same for the Connecticut dealership. The trip is worth your time and satisfaction! Thank you again Greg and staff for helping us!

Called yesterday and inquired about a used travel trailer and was told I would be called back by the end of the day on the one in question. Never got a call back. Apparently someone buying a used unit is not worth their time. Good to know for the future. On a good note we found one private sale.

Pete's RV fixed our slide out on our horse trailer perfectly. They worked with the manufacturer warranty. They are just simply the best. Thank you Jake.

I have been shopping for a new camper for a few months, I have been looking for a certain Wolfpup camper and I had a hard time finding one. I happen to come across one at Pete's I called up to see if they did have it and my sales professional Matt Robinette answered all my questions and gave me a great price! From start to finish Matt and Christine in finance were amazing to deal with. We drove all the way from NH to pick up our dream RV and we will be Pete's customers for life!

Matt was extremely helpful. He showed us every brand of 5th wheel we hadn't seen yet. Of course we are still in love with the Montana and will go back when they get the one we want in stock.
