I went to Berlin City because I had a nasty experience with another brand. My sales person Waldo was absolutely great! No pressure, friendly, transparent and good humor! The Finance guy Kyle was excellent, no BS, direct, professional and friendly. I purchased a car from Berlin and I will be back and certainly will recommend Berlin to others. I bought a new 2020 Kia Niro at Berlin City on Sept. 4th and their service was amazing. They’re very attentive and go out of their way to make you feel “at home”. I’m on my third Kia Soul from Berlin City. I had to get a new one in May because my lease was up. I was contacted by a male salesman who was very pushy in April and treated me like I knew nothing about purchasing a car. In May, Michelle Parent reached out to me and was 100% better. I went in for a visit and left with a new lease! Michelle was great and the store seemed pretty safe considering there was a pandemic going on.nThe Service Department is also excellent! I’ve been going here since 2013 and have never been disappointed with their service.

This is the best dealer in the region. I have bought 6 new cars here in the last 10 years and had all my service here as well and I’m never disappointed!nnUpdate, my 2018 Sorento (that we loved) from here was totaled form a mice infestation! Multiple people helped me get through this and get it replaced with a nice preowned Sedona that was in great shape from prior owner having all work done here. This dealer remains true in top quality and personal service!
