I had Mr.Jarvis for my workman’s comp case, he would never return my calls, I felt he put no work really into my case, he wanted to just settle and get his money. I felt the mediation attorney was more on my side than my own attorney! I would not recommend him for workman’s comp, he does not care about his client, he will just settle . Also he was okay with knowing all I went through, and he took more money out of the case than I received.

A family member reached out to Jarvis & Modun with a list of qualifying conditions, and was appalled by how dismissive and cold the response was. As a firm that claims to understand disabilities, you can do better.

This place is amazing! Right from communication with Jen Dole to your disability hearing with either Lawyer Jarvis or Lawyer Modun, they are on your side doing all they can to simplify a very overwhelming, seemingly impossible system, when truly in need. They are personal and they care what happens to you and your case. If you legitimately need disabilty and are applying for it, I promise you cannot win a case without a lawyer, and Jarvis and Modun should be the people you trust for help ud83dude0a Thank you specifically to Jen and Lawyer Modun, for your kindness, care and hard work on my successful social security disability case ❤ Until I called Jarvis and Modun, I was going nowhere with SSA. Highly recommended!!!
