Editing my previous review. Encountered a problem that it didn't seem could be solved. They were able to find a work around. There were a couple of communication issues but overall satisfactory.

We have gone through three real estate closings in the past year and a half with Brian Stark representing our side. In every transaction, he found and quickly resolved problems left over from prior sellers like unfiled lien releases and lot modifications, and he and his team worked diligently to meet every deadline we had. I sold a condo to friends of mine. Stark Law did everything they could to hold my funds in their accounts as long as possible. Not what my friends would have wanted. Their Certified ID process is flawed. I'm glad I didn't give them my SSN.
