Terrible place , they took my full deposit amd won't return any of my phone calls the owner Jennifer refuses to call me to talk about it.I would of given 30 days notice if that place was treated as a real company when I moved in I signed a basic agreement with no rules and was told I can leave whenever I want with no notice. But go ahead change the rules after we leave and hold us to those rules... Really professional. Also find it funny that you can reply to my post but not my calls

Circle S is located in a high crime area of the city. However, It's close to good shopping and an abundance of restaurants. The RV park provides basic services: a laundry room, men's and women's bathrooms and small/tight showers. They offer full RV hook-ups with both 30 and 50 amp service. Parking is in a treeless, desert looking lot. The parking area provides room for RV's of just about any length, but if your rig is long, you may want to call a month or more, in advance, to make sure they have a spot for you!

"Under new Management" rarely means anything other than old management exhausted every excuse with their limited vocabulary as to why a place sucks. This is one of those exceptions. With improvements taking place, that's never been an issue, really. Cool they're doing it, but the amenities have always been decent. It's decisions of old management as to who's allowed on the property and that's never been awful. Bad, but not awful. Thing of the past. The new manager is genuinely a decent guy who will work with your situation up to being played. So, accommodating, but not to a fault and it shows up in nice enough stay while in Kingman.I have family there who own houses and can't manage that. Lol. I recommend it unless you're up to shenanigans. Management is great and will see through it. Have fun!

We stopped and checked out this park in April this year, drove thru and saw it all while we were staying at the KOA up the street. Fast forward to October… We are on our third week at Circle S and have had a better experience here than our two-week stay at the KOA. Granted, the two parks are very different in many aspects - Circle S does not have a worn-out Mini-Golf course.. or a worn-out kids playground. It is an older RV park that shows it’s age. Spots are 30A only (No 50A pedestals) with water and sewer that have many full-time folks that call this home. An eclectic mix of folks that are mostly friendly and nice, some are here for the winter and others for a while working in the area. Not many folks come in for a one-nighter that we can see – just a few. There are a few spots in the back of the park that the electrical system is not functioning, but what we have is fine as long as we don’t need to run two AC units. The Pool has just been re-modeled, WiFi works great in the front part of the park, weak in the back. They are very dog-friendly. The manager Mike has been friendly and treated us well.
