Martin Swanty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

(long review) My old car broke down and I took it here. After being told what was wrong with it, they talked me into a newer car. I had bad credit so I had to have a co-signer. I was approved and given my newer car. However a few days later I was told that the contract was old and had to redo it... I went to get my things out of my car and they had no clue where it was or who took it. So I lost my things. Today I got a call and there was more issues with the contract. I go up there with some more paperwork and fill the contract out AGAIN... then I was told that if I changed my mind I would be charged for driving the car to work/store.. and my old car was in their side parking lot with my things gone. They have no clue where any of it is.. the bank approved us, the contract has issues and my things are gone.. I have never dealt with a company who can't even keep track of the cars being used as trade ins.. A two year old could work this place better. The woman dealing with the contract is rude and after the sale you are given the cold shoulder by the person selling you the car... Now my co-signer is in another state and has to go through the same hassle as I have gone but more... I would not recommend this dealership. I wish I had never started with them... I didn't even pick out my car nor test drive it, the seller at the dealership did it for me.

Friendly and professional! Made sure I had all the info needed to make the best choice for my needs and wants! And the finance department was on point with getting me the best deal and explaining the cost breakdown etc! Love my new Big Horn and I’ve joined the diesel crew! 🤘😂 thanks to everyone involved! After looking around for about 3 weeks for a truck, we were discouraged and ready to give up. One last search lead us to the Martin Swanty website where we found a truck that might work for us. We sent them an email and had a quick response from Chuck Mote. Chuck was friendly and worked with us to get us the best pricing, features and financing possible to make this deal work. We finally settled on a deal that we were happy with. We drove up from Mesa and were greeted by Yvonne Smith. She is really fun to work with! After our papers were signed, they had us move to the “Launch Pad” where our truck was waiting for us and Yvonne spent quite some time going over all the features that she knew we would want to use. She was very patient and helpful with all our questions. When we went in to sign the paperwork, we were paired with Clint Holder. Clint was funny and showed his whit and decorum while dealing with some computer issues. He made the signing experience a good one and explained everything that were charged one by one. We are excited about our new purchase and the great experience we had with the Martin Swanty team! It was a little nostalgic for us because we are Kingman natives and we had purchased another car from Martin Swanty’s about 34 years ago. Boy are we getting old!
