We purchased a 2020 Kia Sedona last year. Was around tax time and made a promise of paying the down payment as soon as we received our taxes. Then covid hit. Took us a lot longer to get our taxes then anticipated. The dealership suggested we take out a loan to pay the down payment. Like that’s possible when everything has stopped. Finally paid our down payment as promised. ( They are not very understanding). Now to the part that gets me. We purchased the car with a remote start option. They ordered the wrong parts to be installed. They are not doing it personally. Had it outsourced. That company ordered the correct parts and has installed them, but also did not work. Was told my car does not have anti theft so the remote start will not work. Martin Swanty dealership now just tells me there still looking for another option. This has been a month now. I really liked them, but my experience has been less then positive. I recommend looking elsewhere. Sorry Martin Swanty, but you need to step up your customer service game.

5 stars for my experience buying my Kia Telluride last year. Still stoked about my purchase. Could I have gotten the vehicle cheaper in Vegas or a Phoenix? Yes, but I was in constant contact with three other Kia dealers and Al was the only straightforward one of the bunch. Not even an ounce of regret. Service center... same ball of wax. Straight to the point, everything explained up front, quick turnaround, and Kia certified mechanic.

We purchased our KIA Sportage two years ago. Which we were happy with. We had to bring it in for service. After three attempts at resolving the problem it remains unsreolved! Spending over five hours each visit and the problem still isn't resolved! We live in Fort Mohave which is over 40 miles one way! Now we have a rental until the problem is resolved. The employees over the phone are completely unprofessional and absolutely rude. They definitely need a refresher on how customer service works.
