As usual service was excellent. The staff got on my problem quickly.
Jim was wonderful from the start. He was very kind and took very good care of my vehicle.
Even through all of the construction, I felt very comfortable in the waiting area. I didn't have to wait long though because they made sure I had a ride home and back to the shop when my car was finished being serviced.
Overall it was a great experience! 😊
Everyone was nice and polite as well as very helpful! We were traveling through town to California when our oil change needed light came on. Contacted George and told him we had an RV! They took us right in and we were out in less than an 1hr! They were social distancing and everyone wore masks that made us feel safe! Thanks to the service man for going the extra mile to fill our windshield washer fluid as well! What a great team😎
I highly recommend Anderson Ford Kingman! My wife and I were driving cross country when we began to experience some car trouble on the highway. We googled the "nearest Ford dealer" and learned that we were close to Anderson Ford. We called Anderson Ford and explained our situation. Even though the service department was about to close George was kind enough to wait for us and check our vehicle with a service tech upon our arrival. He then arranged for us to meet with Lacey first thing the following morning to correct the issue. George, Lacey and the rest of the crew at Anderson Ford were outstanding. We made it back to northern Illinois without any further problems. I'm grateful for the outstanding service we received.
