Kingman Honda

I recently purchased an almost new truck (Nissan Frontier). From start to finish, the experience was pretty decent. No salesman ambushed me as soon as I got there, and I browsed a bit before going to get somebody. My salesman, Richard, was helpful and not pushy. The GM, Chris, handled my financing quickly and efficiently. The deal was pretty close to what I went in with, no surprise numbers or anything. The extended warranty was the only unplanned expense, but a voluntary one. Deal here with confidence folks!

The car salesman David was very professional and helpful. Even though it was extremely hot that day, he patiently showed me and my husband the two vehicles I was interested in. He took us for a test drive, and answered any questions we had. He made us feel very welcome at the dealership. He was very patient when we told him we had to go home and talk it over. I was undecided as to which vehicle I wanted, and my husband also had to go over the pricing figures. David was the reason we returned the next day to make the purchase at Kingman Honda. I also loved the suv. Thank you David! I also want to give a special thanks to Richard M. Meins. After purchasing the vehicle, he took the time to show me everything about the vehicle. He, too, was very friendly and professional. He was simply amazing! Out of all the new cars I’ve bought in my life, he was by far, the most outstanding in making sure I understood everything about the vehicle. Thank you Richard! Lastly, I want to thank Spencer with helping us with the financing. He was very friendly and patient answering any questions we had. The only negative experience was with the Sales manager Sandra. She bolted out of the office after she found out we weren’t making the decision that day. She actually became pushy and rude. In a snappy tone she asked my husband if he was really actually interested in buying the vehicle. When he said he had to go home and discuss things, she stormed out. Not professional at all.

Our sales consultant; David was very knowledgeable and professional. He promised to get the best deal for us and he did. We will definitely return when we decide on purchasing another vehicle.

I can’t say enough about them! They are amazing we got to the dealer late due to work and they still stayed there late to help us leave with our dream vehicle. They made the process so easy and fast it was amazing no sitting around Or waiting. I would highly recommend Kingman Honda to anyone 100%.
