Stay away from these people been here twice the person that trailer. They would not help me without an appointment. Too highfalutin for me I guess. I wouldn't waste my time even if you needed part. Probably have to have an appointment for that the front door was locked
I called the other day looking to buy a trailer for a recently bought sxs, I talked to a young lady that did not want to provide customer service to me as I was looking to spend money there, I called made it pretty easy said here's what I got, what or do you have something that will work with my application, all she was willing to do is get me to the website, well let's face it, not everything is accurate, so I lost it I'm in a customer service orientated industry I have expectations specially if I want to earn someone's business, obviously the manager needs to take action he called 36hrs later just further pushes me a different direction, I am planning on hitting up corporate, manager needs to train his employees to deescalate a situation to avoid things in a retail environment and keep things moving forward that's how they receive a pay check.
