Great service, quality work and ON TIME!
River P. came out and estimated the work, then on the day scheduled was here on time - took care of the work and we are very happy.

Good experience, professional and courteous, pricing better than other bid. Glass Dr. Dis-assembled the window frame and measured the exact size of glass. The other bidder, came out, no mask so I kept my distance. They measured the window, no dis-assembly said I would get an e mail with estimate. They were gone in a couple of minutes. When I received the estimate, it was about 200 dollars more. I'm happy with the window replacement from glass Dr. I would recommend them with peace of mind.
These guys were awesome. They came and took out or drivers side window on our motorhome, made glass for it, double lane and all, came back and installed it all within a week! Definitely recommend these guys!
A rock cracked my windshield and my insurance wanted to use Safelite in Havasu, but I asked them for a local company and was referred to Glass Doctor. I called and had a meeting with two ladies there and they said they would work with my insurance to resolve my broken windshield. Over the course of the next four weeks, I followed up numerous times and left messages and never received a response from Glass Doctor. When I finally got through, I was told they had done nothing on my order because they needed a work order from my insurance. I wish id known that sooner. I remedied it and my insurance sent the order that day. Then I waited another two weeks and kept following up, none of my messages were returned. When I finally got through, they told me their out-of-pocket expenses to do the work were too much so they weren't going to do it, but that my insurance company would have let me know.
Gladys and Jolene are the perfect example of what customer service should be.
My experience there was painless and professionally done.
