Paul and team were very good to me at Holden’s. My check engine light suddenly came on while traveling on the road as the vehicle as lost about ½ its power. Holden’s was the nearest automotive service with the best star ratings, and I had to stop quickly, so I drove in unexpected without an appointment. They were patient with me & took good care of me, as I was quite anxious over the whole thing, especially because I had been traveling a long way as a woman on my own that trip. I take care of everything as scheduled and keep my car in good condition, so this was highly unexpected for me. Paul took me to rent a car so I could continue, luckily only 1 ½ hr. journey remaining of a 16 hr trip, home. Apparently it needed new spark plugs, and over the next few days they did several drive tests to ensure my car would get me home when I went back to retrieve it. I would recommend Holden’s all day and even make sure my car breaks down there again next time. ;) Of course, hopefully there won’t be one.

Very impressed by the service I received. Notice a burning smell, checked out the front right tire and the hub cap was to hot to touch. Called Holden's and said bring it in and they would check it out. Within 1 hour they have called me backed and diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate (needed new calipers, rotors, pads). This was at 4:30 and then closed in 1 hour. My car was ready to go by 11:30 the next morning. I have to say that is the FASTEST service I have every received for a major problem. I highly recommend them. Thank You So Much Holden's Auto Service. Keep up the awesome work.

We travel for work with our cats in our car! Our ac went out Thursday afternoon, we called where we knew we would be stopping for the night (Kingman), Holden's being my first and last call. They were able to get us in first thing the next morning, knowing we had to get back on the road asap. They immediately found the issue and got to work fixing it. I cannot say enough thank yous for getting us in and out, while knowing we were on a budget and time frame and doing everything possible to make sure we got back on the road and within our budget. Customer service is a very high standard here, and I would never expect anything less. If anything happens to my car, and I am anywhere near Holden's, we will be going back. Thank you again for your amazing service. We and the kitties are all grateful for having our ac back!

Very friendly and helpful! I was passing near Kingman on an interstate trip the afternoon before Thanksgiving, and wanted a mechanical noise diagnosed as a problem or not. I just searched for local auto shop and stopped by. They make a quickly and confidently identified a failing wheel bearing as the issue. Couldn't be fixed that afternoon but they helped me get the car recovered on a flatbed. They were a great help in a city I don't know at all. Thank you!
