A great hometown gym. The staff is friendly and the place is always very clean. They also have personal training for every level.
I trained here for 5 years with there former trainer Jimi Aikey 4 time world powerlifting champion and record holder, but the gym didn't treat him well at all! But they have very nice members and a good bench and child care.
