They practice safe distancing.
Usually understaffed and stressed employees, but I dont blame anyone at the store level for that. This is a box store. They do treat their customers well and most have a good knowledge of what's going on. As having 20 years of retail business management experience, I can definitely see the disconnect from the corporation to the front line employees. The good thing is, these guys will take the time to help get you what you need. They try to provide the best answers and locate the products, weather ordering or in stock.
Both Steven and I believe it was Shaun both were a big hep in getting the battery ordered and replaced in the vehicle.
