I like this place a little more than my once favorited autozone due to the fact that they seem to have a little larger selection and the employees seem to be a little less rushed maybe, which results in friendlier employees... They are a little more helpful and will take with you to ensure all your questions are answered and that you have found everything you were looking for whether it be material or even just some answers to random questions. Random about automobiles and automobile related content, of course.
Went in to get a fuel filter and gasket for the fuel reservoir and was treated like I didn't know what the h#@# I was talking about and there was no such thing... So went across the street to AutoZone and asked for the same thing.. the guy had it in 3 minutes, no problem!
Update 10/13:
I think he may have just been having a bad night, as I have been twice and he was nice and helpful. Plus, the way the item is listed on your computer doesn't help any. In the description it's just called 'filter' it never mentions the word Reservoir filter, which is what ford calls it. So I guess I was wrong to put the blame on the guy in the store.
I changed my rating to 4 stars.
Everytime I call I've gotten the help I need, including holding a part in will call, I'm disabled, and have to send my wife, and their always helpful to her.
More counter people actively helping you and not a Que like at orangezone..also get items that the other place doesnt.
Awesome experience The guys in the store go above and beyond to help the customer out and ensure the proper parts are purchased. Could not ask for a better experience dealing with the regular staff.
