I keep going back hoping it’s better, but it never is. Easily the worst chai I’ve ever had, and the food is overpriced for the basic things you get. Better off going to the gas station across the street.

It was a tough call whether or not to write this because I have enjoyed this place in the past, and the food is fine quality, but my last visit there left me feeling really unsettled. I stopped in to order a sandwich to-go in an attempt to support the small business during tough times. The counter staff and all other patrons were wearing gloves and masks (which is terribly sad to see, but 100% expected in a restaurant right now), but after I ordered and stepped to the side to wait I could see the men behind the kitchen counter preparing the food were not wearing masks or gloves. They were talking and laughing while making food (usually what you want to see, I know, but not without a mask with an extremely contagious virus running rampant). This was the case for the 20 minutes I stood there, and for about 12 sandwiches that went out before mine. This just scared me, and I think sharing my experience is the right thing to do for anyone who is wanting to order takeout and assumes that this establishment is practicing best safety protocols while we are amidst a global pandemic.

We ordered takeout, burgers and pizza. All was really good as well as the pastries we got! The man who answered the phone and was at the counter Jesse was so nice and helpful. I see reviews about long waits, but we waited 15 minutes, exactly what they said when I ordered. Would highly recommend!!

This was the Bristol Bakery, it's under new management and has been renamed. The good news is, the quality is all still here! So is most of the menu and staff!nnI work nearby and stop in about twice a month, and my coworkers regularly order lunches here. The bakery items change daily and are delicious!! Great bagels, yummy pasteries, etc. Be warned - they're first come first served, and they probably WILL sell out by the end of the day. If you want a particular bagel, stop in early!nnThere are ready-to-eat portions of salads, sides like noodles, sweets, and I believe even sandwiches in the cooler to the right when you walk in, and I know there are hot breakfast sandwiches ready to grab on the weekends. So if you're not in the mood to sit down, or in a rush, these are your best bet. You can also call ahead!nnMy roommates and I love the breakfast sandwiches, the french fries, the flatbreads, and the lattes. The portions are big, and well worth every penny. Everything is made fresh to order, so it can take some time, especially in their peak hours, but don't let that intimidate you. The staff is made of extremely pleasant, attentive, and hard working people, the food is reliably good quality, and we haven't found a drink we didn't like here!nnIt's our go to spot to bring relatives or friends. It's a place I'm proud of as a Hinesburg resident. Please come check it out!

Pretty darn good food, though a bit pricey... Worth a trip and try!
