Helped a friend unload a truck. Had to use the restroom.Was told at the office that the owner didn't want anyone using the facilities and to do number 2 outside. What kind of business owner does that ? They never mailed a deposit check to me from a few years back, also.
Jerry is always a joy to deal with. I dealt with Peter, today, who was very professional. I was surprised to see negative reviews. I have rented off and on for 15 years plus. Always had a fantastic experience. Just wanted to say that I am pleased with how I am treated at this establishment! I am going to be vacating, hopefully by spring, but their prices are fair and I've always gotten my damage deposit back with no issue. Please read the negative reviews, because I think they all had an axe to grind. I'd give them six stars, if I could.
The nice man who is always in the office on weekends is very nice.
