They were able to deliver a dumpster the next day after a big storm when no one else could. Their price was also much lower then any other company that I called. I have used themntwice now and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them.

These guys were great. The staff was kind and efficient. The hauler was experienced and super efficient. It was a great experience and I would definitely hire them again.

I am a contarctor who has delt witj Mike on several jobs. Never had a problem. I find his 15 yard dumpsters to be adequate for our jobs. Office personal are always accommodating. Small enough to care large enough to serve. Keep up the good work.

My experience with this company was very disappointing and our attempt to discuss this with their office has made this even more of a disgusting experience. I called and got a quote on a 20 yard roll off dumpster for $390 with a special they were having at the time. It sounded very reasonable so I arranged the drop off time.nnThe truck arrives and the guy delivering it gets out of the truck to speak with us, he tells me that they don't have 20 yard dumpsters and only have 15's. I asked if the price is the same as quoted and he says it is and it is all based on the weight in the end. He gets back in and drops it where we requested and after he speaks with us again to get the check and then tells us that we need to give him $600 and not the $390 we were quoted.nnI told him about the conversation I had and what I was quoted and he says that the person working in the office has no idea what they were talking about and he was not going to honor what I was told. At this point it was too late to have another company bring a dumpster, I hired someone to start this project that day and had no choice but to take the hit and keep this one.nnHe tells us $390 is for the initial 1.5 tons and every ton after that is $130 and we would need to give him $600. The math doesn't even make sense because 390+130=520. He said we will get a check for the extra $70 and more if we are under 2.5 tons. Irritated and upset, but with no other choice I have the person I hired start. He told that it would not be over 2.5 tons. Considering he has been doing this for 25+ years, this isn't the first dumpster he has used.nnAfter we finish the project the dumpster isn't even half full and certainly is not 2.5 tons. Well now I have a bill from EZ Container's for another $130!! The person I hired called and spoke to someone in the office and she said the dumpster weighed 3 tons and I had to pay for an extra ton. She was rude and disrespectful as this entire company is. Again the math makes no sense, why should I have to pay for 3.5 tons if I supposedly used 3 tons? And what happened to the original $70 I overpaid??nnThis company will tell you one thing, lie to you, and then tell you that it's not their problem that you were told that. Please do yourself, your wallet and your stress levels a favor and avoid this company. Every person we spoke to lied to us. I wish I had gone with Casella like originally planned, 20 yard dumpster with a flat fee that is less then this has ended up being. E Z Container's is run by a bunch of con artists that make up a special to get your business and then hit you with OVER $200 in the end.
