We ordered curbside/take out for the first time last weekend after seeing the new Mama Pho Essex location was open (yay!). Our food was yummy and ready quickly. The staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we were supposed to have in our order when I picked it up, and I noticed that the space was very was clean welcoming when I walked in. Staff was masked and seemed to be following all the appropriate COVID protocols which made me feel good. I would sit and “eat in” if times were different and it were allowed. Good job Mama Pho!

Called in and whoever answered the phone was rude and had no customer service skills. I’m sure the foods great but didn’t try it

I had just ended a 7 day water fast and chose to stop here to eat. Very very nice place! The food was great, the atmosphere was great. The place is clean like you remeber how restaurants were in the old days. Kind thoughtfull service. They get a 10 from me.
