Lots of new items! Shelves fuller!
Employees were friendly & knowledgeable. The prices were great. And the people shopping we're all keeping their distance.
Every time I go in this store they are thoroughly unfriendly, pesky, or rude, particularly the loss prevention people. Bothering me about the store closing time, which isn't for another half an hour, and immediately after they already made an announcement about it. Another one, interrupting me mid-sentence when I'm speaking to an employee, to speak to them instead. Months earlier, when I bought a coat, failed to give me the receipt, and removed the Ross Tag too, as if they wanted to make certain it could not be returned, in the event it needed to (fortunately it didn't). Employees in the surrounding businesses are thoroughly friendly and professional, in stark contrast. They do have some pretty good deals on some items, if you're willing to put up with being treated like dirt. I am not.
Kingman store has very little, but if you go to Lake Havasu there fully loaded.I feel that Kingman isn't as important then the rest of the area's shame on there corporation.
It's almost like they dont have stock to sell or the store is going out of business. I go to Ross for holiday fare but there was almost none
