If I could give negative 0 stars, I would gladly rate it that!! An employee that works here STEALS! Our card information gets stolen every time we use it here at this Arches restaurant . This place needs to be investigated! The first time, we just got another card. Second time, SERIOUSLY?! No wonder they take their sweet time inside doing God knows what after they take your card. Use CASH better yet take your business elsewhere!!!

Love the food here.. however, we ordered about $85 worth of food here and I was a little disappointed. The food didn’t not taste the same as it always does and our chicken was not cooked all the way in our egg drop soup.. I am hoping u fine get food poisoning tonight.. I would definitely post a picture but I don’t think Google will let me do that on reviews.. watch your chicken people

Unimpressive. Was told that it was a buffet and was told it was open for sit down (covid-19 days). Got inside and was given a chic sheet, "pick one from this row, three from this row. So the game is buffet "means a plastic tray with your choices" want to go back? $9.95 more please. I snapped a couple photos of the menu, but won't be back. Jeff L-8 Google Guide

Food is awesome one of my favorite places to eat at and saw them do something awesome for a gentleman who was hungry! Awesome job 👏
