One of the better CVS I have been to. The pharmacy associate that helped me was polite and pleasant. Way better than the CVS in Colchester.

This place will get you sicker!. Shorted me on the pills, mislabeled the directions, still charged me the same.Waited on the phone for 50 minutes...Staff turn over is about every two weeks. Picking up the meds and never going back again

The Essex pharmacy never puts my needs first. When it's urgent they could careless. I never feel Important. I don't know why I don't seem to get the respect I need from the people that should matter most. It's pathetic I have to basically plead and sound rude to get my way. I am switching over to a different pharmacy asap. Such a shame.

2 people at pharmacy just before open, won’t help me, make me come back. Appear to just be lazy and doing nothing. Will do business elsewhere
