My family has purchased five cars from Paya's over the past ten years— all rock solid, dependable cars, and all purchased at excellent prices. Tom was patient and helpful, especially so when communicating with my bank. He made the process as easy as possible, and I never once felt pushed or pressured into my purchase. Thrilled with my Honda Accord! Can't recommend Paya's enough, do yourself a favor and check them out before going to other dealerships.

I have purchased 3 cars from these folks over the last 10 years and these cars are a great value. They are fair and they stand behind their vehicles. Recently I had a minor issue with a brand new car and they fixed it quickly. If you are looking for affordable cars with low miles, give them a shot!

Tom was a great help with the buying experience at Paya's North. Made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Couple of issues though, Tom was supposed to find out about the foam that holds the jack that goes in the spare tire in the back of Jeep cause the one that came with it did not fit inside and we have not heard about that and we still do not have one. will have to find one somewhere on our own. Also, only came with one key, need one more. We were quoted a certain price and we agreed to order the key and have it installed. the key came in and I asked the service department for exact amount and it was more then double the amount that was quoted to me. The Service manager was supposed to find out what was going on with the price difference and we still have not heard back from him and that is after I called 5 times about it and I still have not received a phone call from him on the key fobe. We got one email from Tom to see how we were liking the car and if we any questions. I emailed him back and told him the only question is about the button on door handle to unlock or lock the car. Still have not heard back and we figured it out how to do it.

My husband Josh C bought a car from Paya's and worked with Tom. He worked Great to approve loans and fits a car perfect for needs of a family. There was no pressure to buy just a good friendly guy. Thanks Paya's for the great work you do especially the safety of customers during covid.

We had such a great experience buying our van from Paya's North. We were hesitant to go through a dealership, but we are glad that we did. The van is wonderful, the COVID protocols were appreciated, and the support of our salesman Tom was adequate. We certainly recommend this dealership to others.
