I live about an hour away from Nate's. I had my car towed to Nate's needing a new clutch. In talking things through with their very friendly and helpful customer service rep, I decided to additionally have a stage 1 tuning done to my 2003 Audi TT. I couldn't be happier with the end result. The car runs great now. I felt very comfortable dealing with the staff at Nate's and have confidence their mechanics can handle any future repairs on my vehicle. I'm so glad I brought my car to Nate's. They've earned my trust and future business. I highly recommend their services.

First, trust is High on my list. I went to school with Nates mom. She is a great lady.nKnowing the kind if person you do business with matters.nHe and His staff try and help especially during emergencies. Screw in tire fixed in 15 minutes. Squeezed me in. Dead battery, came to me with new one and replaced.nI believe in supporting small town businesses. That will be the only way we can keep them in our community.nThanks to Nate & his staff!

Amazing, I was traveling in VT from PA. Issue w my x5. Got me in and out within a few hours.. honest, friendly and very helpful.. great bunch of guys.

Nates auto is hands down the best body shop I have ever used. They do quality work at very reasonable price. What separates them from everyone else is the customer service. I had the pleasure working with Shawna and she went above and beyond to help. I was hit by another driver and Shawna did all the coordination with the other insurance company, not only that but when the other insurance company tried to take my rental before the shop was finished she was able to get it extended.nnAny issues that came up it took one phone call to Shawna and it was handled. I am fairly new to the area but they will always have my business for as long as I’m here.nnI highly recommend using them for any work that needs to be done on your car!

I brought my Audi to Nate's hoping they would be able to help me fix my car. First of all they hardly ever called me to give me updates about my car I always had to call them first to get any information about my car. Secondly I am an ASE certified tech and they had three separate technicians look at my car all of which had no clue what they were doing while working on my car. They claimed to have fixed multiple things and when having another shop look over my car they never fixed any of the problems they claimed too. They may have replaced parts but they didn't remedy the issue presented to them. I do not plan on ever going back for there business as they seemed to just keep giving me the run around so they could take more of my money. I would not recommend going to them for any mechanical or electrical issues.
