Best home improvement money I've spent in a while. Just wish I had more projects for them to do right now!nnI called around for estimates on replacing a small section of roof over the entry way to the basement. Yes, it was a small job but Ed was prompt and thorough in all his communication. He was also very reasonably priced. He provided insight into 'best practices' that I didn't get from other big name companies in the area. Instead of spending 3x as much on the latest in flat roof material technology from another company, he pitched the roof and installed tried and true shingles. It both looks and functions better at a fraction of the cost.nnThis is the kind of advice and vision I was hoping I'd get from a professional and Ed and team delivered.nnDon't hesitate to give them a call

Ed came out to patch a hole left in my roof after removal of the chimney. He showed flexible by willing to take the job despite it's being a small job and without a well defined start time. He described well the materials we could provide to help the job run more smoothly. He was responsive, communicative, and polite.

The Crue was amazing and they worked very well together they Do great work I would highly recommend them.

The roofing job was fine. ( A year later, I am still finding nails.) But the final step was to replace the gutters along the back. Ed was going to sub contract, so I made the final payment so he could set that up. He never did. After multiple texts promising service, I filed a claim with the BBB. Ed proceeded to call me and was very abusive. My husband was sitting across the room and could hear Ed yelling. I calmly kept repeating that at that point, I only wanted him to return the $200 so I could have the gutters taken care of myself. He said he would drop off a check. He never did. After 6 months of trying to resolve the issue, I gave up. Beware.
