I got locked out of my condo and they had someone at my place within 20min to re-key my door. Super fast! Great service!

Friendly and fast! Unlocked a door that my toddler had locked from the inside, and even came back to repair some damage I had done to the door while attempting to unlock it myself (bad move... should have just called these guys in the first place). Also, I can’t remember the technician’s name who did the work for me, but you definitely deserved a tip and I didn’t give you one... so sorry, I didn’t even think of tipping a locksmith as being a thing until after you left!

We called at about midnight, and he showed up within 20 minutes and he was very professional did not look like it was midnight he looked like it was mid-morning he was very well clean polite nice and you never would have known that we had gotten him out of bed. he also had a smile on his face the whole time was very polite, it was my elderly neighbor and she had locked herself out. Anyway she didn't have extra money being on SS and I had made a deal with him on the phone to give her a cheaper rate and we made a deal and we hide it from her and he told her that he would just do it because she was a close neighbor cuz he lives close to us. NOW IF THAT'S NOT NICE I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS!!!!!

Josh and Luke were wonderful. Assisted with a missing key from a bookcase. Could not have been more helpful!
