Bill Skiff is a great lawyer. I've dealt with a couple of lawyers in the past and having Bill was a completely different experience for me. My biggest thing is I like to feel like I'm an important client and am getting my money's worth. He made me feel very confident that he was getting the job done to the best of his ability. He's very professional and he's the guy you want dealing with anything workers compensation. From what I understand through personal experience and through other people Bill has represented is that he is the best of the best. If you want the job done right Bill Skiff is the man for the job.

Bill Skiff was referred to me by a friend of mine and a former client of his. I had a bad work related accident which involved surgery, post surgery I developed an infection as a result from the surgery.nThis infection had me laid up in the hospital for 6 weeks of IV antibiotics. The workman’s comp Insurance carrier later denied this claim sticking me with 6 weeks of lost wages and the hospital bill.nBill Skiff never stopped fighting with the insurance carriers lawyer until the case was resolved and settled.nI only wanted to be reimbursed for my lost wages and copays from the hospital visit, and was actually awarded a very substantial amount of money that superseded my expectations In every way.nnMCVEIGH&SKIFF is the only law office I would recommend for a workman’s comp or personal injury issue. Bill worked on a worker’s compensation case for my husband, not only was he very helpful but also very well versed in all the ins and outs that had our heads spinning!!! Their office was also polite and quick to return calls and make calls needed in processing things quickly!!!! Bill fought for us the get the most possible benefits and judgment in my husbands case.nWe would highly recommend Bill and his firm to anyone who feels like they are getting the short end of the stick or just feels overwhelmed with the process of worker’s compensation, he was honest at first to let us know that we did not need his services and that worker’s compensation was doing the right thing, until my case got more complex and they he was happy to jump in help!!!!
