My daughter went here after attending another gym. She loved it and Woodie and Mary really boosted her confidence and allowed her to excel. Their personalized coaching is amazing and their gymnasts are really lucky.

My daughter spent 5 years at CVG. She loved it. Mary and Woodie emphasize safety above all else. Gymnasts learn new skills by going through a progression of drills to safely learn more difficult moves. My daughter was allowed to progress at her own pace. She always felt encouragement and support from the coaches. I have two older daughters who took part in gymnastics in other states. It was common for gyms to use high school kids to teach the younger classes. At CVG, Mary and Woodie teach everyone. My daughter had such trust in both of her coaches because of the relationship they developed over years of working together. Mary and Woodie go above and beyond to help the kids in their program. This gym does not have any frills or fancy decor, but the coaching is top notch.
