Went in for a few items and staff member Lydia, was incredibly knowledgable and friendly, she helped me with all my questions. Glad I went here for my needs.

I can see why this store has a overall 2 star rating. I just got off the phone with the owner, I had called to ask if they carried ultra klean products, and when i asked about the prices he said he couldn't tell me he didn't know if i was 18 and hung up on me. I called back again to inquire why he would hang up on a customer and before I could say anything else he said I told you I couldn't talk about that and clearly you are not intelligent enough to get the gist of it. Then hung up again. I have talked to a few places this morning and no one had a problem giving me prices. I'm not sure why he was in such a bad mood but taking whatever it is out on customers is wrong. I will never visit this store. I am going to repot the business to the BBB for what little good it will do. You don't insult your customers and yell.

This place is easily the worst headshop I've been to in VT. Prices are higher than anywhere else and the staff is not very nice. They like follow you around and treat you like a thief from the moment you walk in the door.

Great location and selection! A little pricey but worthwhile because of the great selection and friendly staff whom are friendly to the customer!
