Selection is lacking but it’s understandable since it’s the only lulu in this state. Particularly the red headed girl that works here as well as a dark brown short haired guy with glasses are AMAZING employees. professional, charismatic, and not in your space and annoying like 90% of the employees on church street. Also the store is always very clean and neat. :)

Apparently you aren’t supposed to bathe in the little sing they have . I was rudely told to get out of the sink and put my shirt back on and to stop picking the dirt out from under my toes and rubbing it on the leggings . A guys gotta do what a guys gotta do right lady’s . So basically I didn’t no that 20 bucks are the price of headband I could feed me and my 16 kids with that money for a moth dang but I had to buy it and some 150 dollar leggings which I used for a brand new leash for my youngest son see you next time lulu

Love lulu and their stores are always lovely. I’ve gone into Burlington’s store a few times in the past and they were pretty rude, but customer service I get it. Then I went back because maybe those other times I caught them on a bad day, but I walked in the two gals at the counter looked at me and didn’t say anything, no smiles, then I walked around for awhile and didn’t get one hello just glared. I walked out and the gal at the registered just looked up from her phone at me, made eye contact but didn’t say anything. It was super weird, so I will be online for sure.

They girls here were very helpful and not harassing. Then store was clean and easy to get around in.
