Ema is amazing! This is the first athleta I’ve ever been to! Love it!

I always enjoy Athleta stores, and this one is no exception. Kind, friendly, and helpful sales staff; this location is always clean and neat, with a good selection. Shopping with a friend there recently was fun— the staff joined us in conversation and helped us decide what items looked best on each of us. ud83dude0dnnNot specific to this location, but one of my favorite things about Athleta company-wide is that their return policy is SO GOOD. I’m not always sure if I’ll wind up loving something, but the couple of times I’ve had an [extremely minor] issue, they’ve made it right immediately.

Everything was great for 3 days. Went back Friday because they forgot to give us the student discount on Thursday and need to exchange the sizes of a couple of pieces’. They were closing and wanted to leave as soon as possible so the employees can go home to their families. Spent over $1,000 just this week alone. Since I was busy, I asked my cousin to go herself. She had a difficulty explaining the situation since ENGLISH is not her primary language, the manager on duty told her to return everything she bought if she’s not happy just because she left her student ID in Asia and I wasn’t there to help her!!! My cousin left and was in tears when I met up with her. She didn’t care about the 10%. It would be nice since it was offered but all she wanted was really to exchange the 3 pcs because the sizes were too small!nn10% is nothing and it wasn’t even a big deal. But it’s always about how you say it. To tell a loyal client “ You can return everything if you don’t like it.” That is very wrong. Especially when it’s done in front of other customers. It’s saturday, just called trying to reach the General Manager and spoke to one of the managers on duty instead, and she undeniably said, “I stand behind what the manager on duty yesterday said about returning everything.nnWe could have shopped online. I’m a Vermonter and want to give the local store the sales. I guess I shouldn’t have!

Have to write a review after an especially good experience. The customer service at Athleta is exceptional. Christina went above and beyond and made my day. If you're looking for exceptional workout gear, and comfortable and adorable day to day wear be sure to stop in to Athleta. You won't be disappointed.
