Goss Jeep

I was totally blown away by how absolutely phenomenal every person at GOSS Jeep was to assist me with deciding which Jeep fits my taste best! McKinnan, my sales person was knowledgeable about all the Jeeps and their trim lines and a genuine car-guy. I went to Goss several times to drive different rigs (often without an appointment) and as busy as McKinnan was with other customers he accommodated me and took the time to thoroughly address my questions. I never felt any kind of pressure and he knew that I preferred a standard shift. Unfortunately all of the new Gladiators were automatic transmissions. However he set me up with a 2020 certified Gladiator Sport 6 speed manual, performance exhaust and intake with only 860 miles! I really appreciated McKinnan keeping my interest his primary concern over selling me a brand new Gladiator with an automatic transmission which I was pretty close to buying! I am so pleased with the certified Gladiator that the Goss team rushed through their 125 point inspection on a Saturday just so I could test drive it. That WAS the Jeep for me! I highly recommend Goss Dodge for their expertise in getting to know their customers and providing options to support the customer making the best choice for themselves. I was impressed by Kaz, the sales manager, coordinating the parts, service, and detailing departments to have an additional set of new wheels ,TPMS, and rough terrain tires mounted and balanced and installed that I brought to Goss at 3 o’clock that afternoon! BTW I’m not a repeat customer, this is the first time I bought a vehicle there! Thanks you guys and thank you McKinnan for all the time and patience you gave.

Worked with Scott C to get the new Jeep Gladiator. He was great to work with and very efficient. Didn’t try to hassle me into a buy and would work with again! Very friendly and a good attitude.

Accolades to the service team! We had some mechanical work done on our Jeep recently that took a little while for the parts to come in; Covid delay. Durning that time somehow a dent developed in one of the door panels. This is where the service went to the next level. Not only was this unfortunate scenario handled professionally, but quickly. We had an appointment with the body shop the next business day, there was a rental waiting and the result was door panel good as new. We all know that things happen that are less than ideal but it's how they are handled that make all the difference. Our scenario was handled exceptionally. Specifically regarding the service department: poor customer service in person and on the phone. Regularly did not answer the phone and I had to leave many messages. Spent $150 on a diagnosis only for them to disregard the engine/dashboard light issue and claim I needed $9000 of work done for my car to work properly. About only $1000 of that was truly necessary and I am still left wondering about multiple dashboard lights. Also received the quote a whole day later than was promised, generally glad the diagnosis was done but prices and requests too high to follow through with getting work done there, bringing my car elsewhere.
