I've bought two cars now from Audi South Burlington.. The sales Manager, Mike Hughes has been professional, polite and overall makes Audi a fantastic business that's been around for a while. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. The buying process is easy, and everything was ready to go when I arrived at the dealership thanks to Anthony Alichwer! I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service. What a nice visit I had with my car. Brett was kind, considerate, clear and upfront with me. Jason the mechanic seemed to care about my car and sent a video of what was happening.nThis was the best visit I have had in many years at this dealership that I believe has changed ownership.nKeep up the excellent work and customer service. Only went to get winter tires put on, but as usual, people were lovely. Lindsey was at the service desk and she could not have been nicer or more helpful.nAlthough no one likes to have to take their car for service, The people at Audi become friends. It is always a pleasure to see friends.

Lindsay was great and was able to work my vehicle in around thanksgiving based on some limitations on my end. I was provided a vehicle over the holiday to permit repair. Great customer service. I also liked seeing the undercarriage of my vehicle as part of the care.

Had a good experience dropping my car off last week. Brett was waiting, no other customers in line. Dropped off my keys and added a few more items to go over w my car. Was shown to my loaner. At the nd of the day, I was a few minutes late due to work responsibilities. Brett was patient and courteous. Outside of car was washed. Car working fine. Thx!nAnn Gotham
