Jack A. reached out to me and was very informative, helpful, and reassuring! He made me feel comfortable coming from the city driving up to South Burlington also. He made sure all the paperwork was done, so all I had to do was sign and drive! I would recommend anyone to work with Shearer Acura and to ask for Jack! Thank you so much again! Came in two weekends ago to consider purchasing a new RDX and spoke with Nick. Great experience, put my wife and I in a RDX and zero pressure to buy; just information. We walked away that day to consider the other cars we might want. Flash forward to this weekend and we made our decision to go with a RDX A-Spec. Nick wasn't in the showroom, but Jack made it happen for us. Worked with us to get a great deal and provided excellent customer service. The experience was fantastic all the way through the transaction, including the finance guy that walked us through the process and made the numbers work for us. Superb experience all around around. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience. Friendly staff and welcoming environment! Just stopped by to look around and left with a new (to me) car. Peter Commo was great through the whole process. So was the finance manager. Highly recommend Shearer Acura and Peter to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
