Sam was incredible to work with. She helped track down the exact car we wanted after taking time to get to know our wants and needs. She was thorough, honest and accurate. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with her! Highly recommend.. and I love my new Atlas! We did the rounds of test driving all the similar size 3 row vehicles and this was by far the most car seat friendly choice. Thanks Sam!

I recently purchased a 2019 Golf Alltrack from Shearer VW South Burlington, VT.nAs soon as I arrived, I was happily greeted by sales lady Kristin Thayer. She was excited about helping me with my buy, but not at all “pushy” to make a sale.nAs a first time sole buyer, Kristin made me feel so at home. She answered all my questions, gave me time to think it through, and made me feel so comfortable about my purchase.nAs I got in my new car, Kristin was just as excited for me as I was!nI would send any friend or family to Kristin Thayer in South Burlington to buy a new VW!!

I was searching for the best price on snow tires and Shearer came out on top. As a new customer, they treated me very well and I was satisfied. Fast forward a month later & I've blown out a tire... The replacement was covered (as they all are for a year!) and they squeezed me in for a belt & spark plugs to keep me humming all winter. Top notch service from Austin H & the team!

Ryan M. was helpful and professional! The service at Shearer VW was fast, the communication was excellent, and Ryan totally helped me out and went above and beyond. With everything going on right now, it was wonderful to know my car was in good hands, and my fellow Vermonters had my back. Also, thank you to Kerri for scheduling me in quick and getting me all the info I needed.

I purchased a used Subaru through these guys and was very happy with the entire process. Jerry's a down to earth car guy that I'd definitely do business with again.nn3 year update: Service was great as well, I was able to get in and out in an hour and my advisor Ryan Maxwell was professional & friendly. Overall no complaints.
