I bought the car, did all the paperwork, and was finished in less than 40 minutes. It couldn't have gotten any easier. Unless they would have delivered the car to my house, and brought pizza and a few salads.And a few drinks. And dessert. Oh well, I guess everybody can't be full service. :-) These guys and lady did a great job, and i was very happy. Thanks Mike and thanks Crystal. A quick thanks to the folks that cleaned and prepped the car. And a quick thanks to the sales manager. You have a good team.

I have had two Subaru vehicles serviced here for the airbag recall.nnService was timely, as stated. Service agents are professional.nnParts department has been helpful sourcing odd engine parts.nnThe first recall service went fine. However, the second service wasn't smooth.nnUpon driving home, I noticed that the glove compartment was not fully reassembled correctly. This will now require me so spend another few hours bringing it back.nnI'm not mad at them, just disappointed.

Mike Grady was amazing! Super friendly and easy to talk to, I wasn’t having much luck finding something I liked. Mike however, made sure to get me in a car with all the features I was looking for, the color I was looking for and for a price that worked for me. Couldn’t be happier with my new car and the experience I had at Burlington Subaru!

Purchased my car from Burlington Subaru in the fall of 2018. I exclusively service it at the Burlington location simply because they are genuinely friendly, accommodating, and very timely! Jason K. in the Express Service department is absolutely outstanding! Not only is he professional and friendly, he also goes above and beyond! 5 stars, today and every day for the Burlington Subaru Service team!
