I had to get my winter tire changeover and was concerned about a few other issues with my car. I expressed these to Carolyn at check in and she was very attentive and helpful. She called me before doing the additional work needed to get my okay and explained in detail the repairs that were necessary. Thank you to Carolyn and the mechanics in the service department for making my car safe to drive again. I will definitely be back for future service.

Eric in Service went above and beyond to make my second experience amazing. There was 1 minor thing with my first visit and then there was a difficult issue with it that they were able to satisfy with little from me. Thank you for all your hard work Eric.

This review is a little overdue, but I wanted to publicly thank Eric and Allan of Burlington Hyundai for diagnosing and fixing my Santa Fe's battery issue (a poor connection) BEFORE the service center even opened when I didn't have an appointment and was from out-of-state. They were short on mechanics that day and were booked out for a week, so I would've been stranded in VT after dropping off my UVM freshman if they hadn't gone the extra mile to help a stranger (mind you, I wanted an excuse to stay in VT, but I did need to get back to work). To top it all off, they wouldn't even let me pay anything!

Exceptional cost for steering coupler replacement. Great experience with customer service, fix was pretty quick, and my steering is smooth once again. Highly recommend
