Horrible Service. Needs more workers. They were slow before COVID, now though... now you need to be ready to wait 20-45 minutes

I have spent some days waiting outrageously long for my coffee, up to 27 minutes, but Jessica is always quick and courteous. Jessica is especially great! She knows my order by heart
