Last night @11:20pm, Cashier “Malena” is very rude and lack customer service proficiency !!!nnShe needs more refresher training in customer services and also in VT state liquor laws; because my Driver’s license is expired she denied tobacco/alcohol products.nnI told her; there is no new policy to stop selling tobacco/alcohol products when driver’s license is expired. As we all know in Vermont; expired driver’s license are acceptable when you buy tobacco/alcohol products. But she did not listen...!!!
The store was heavily packed last night with only one person at the register and there must have been 15 customers in there standing in line. I was impressed with the clerk that was working last night, as he opened up all 3 registers and was taking 3 people at a time in the most professional and positive manor, cutting the wait time by a significant amount. I just think that this young man deserves credit for taking charge in a situation like that.
Sales clerk was not wearing a mask. Handling food without gloves. Did not clean hands between touching cash register and cooking food . Usually this place is really nice and clean.
Best convenient store/ gas station
Very disappointed! Not enforcing mask wearing. Now every clowns that don't believe in the mask are going there. It's not safe to go there until they make a change.
