We have had one of the best banking experiences with KeyBank, and we have lived in many cities in the US and also many countries - and a special shout out to Rachel Cooper who has been amazing.
Slowest bank I've ever had to deal with on a daily basis in my life. Sprained my ankle and have had to use their drive up window over 8 times in a month. They never ever have more than one drive up window open even though they have always had two besides their atm only one. Constantly wait over 15-20 min each time regardless of what time it is. This is ridiculous to the point where I've driven to another Keybank location. Mentioned it to their teller and the attitude I got was the most unconcerned one ever. Cannot wait til I never have to deal with this branch again!
