I had such a pleasant experience today with one of the financial advisors I believe , cute and lovely lady name Jess. Tellers were very busy so she helped me get into my safe deposit box. I always have to wait when I go to get something from my safe deposit box. Today I was in and out in no time. Jess even helped me make a copy of document I needed and save me time going to UPS to make copy myself (and time is literally money in my life right now). Super happy customer!!!

If you are a UVM student (especially from anywhere outside the East Coast), I know TD has the most presence on campus, but sorting out any problems with your account when you aren’t in Burlington or around a physical TD branch will be impossible. Running into problems during breaks or after graduation becomes a massive inconvenience.nThe customer service people will never be rude, but neither will they be any help.

Terrible customer services. Just a large banking institution that treats individuals as cattle. They make claims such as service excellence while keeping you on hold for 20 or 30 minutes. See the irony? Not helpful with questions or issues, only care about how much you have to invest or deposit no personal customer service for more details relating to negative experiences at the bank I am more than willing to relate this information via email. Just send me a message and will give specific details on why you should avoid this banking institution

Hope you don't put your families funds in to a trust with TD bank Terrible service will not help you especially when trying to care for elderly parents won't return calls or make changes as needed EVEN when a power of attorney letter is sent as directed by bank personnel. Do not use this financial institution you are asking for heartache and frustration
