I think I had the best conversation with a banker ever with Justin. I've known him tangentially over the years. We has a good chance to chat about various things dealing with Vermont and Covid as we talked about my new business account. Justin was very helpful and great to work with. This is part of the reason I'm switching to Vermont Federal!

Highly recommended! I needed to take out a car loan for the first time and was really nervous about it. It was really important to me to get as informed as possible about the entire process, so I decided to visit the main branch to talk to someone for more personal assistance. The branch manager was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions and helped me through everything, even requesting my plate with the DMV!!! They offered me the lowest interest rate of all the banks I considered too. Really great experience overall!

I have been working with (and will continue to work with!) Justin and the team on Pine St. for a handful of things. Being a Burlington resident and switching to VFCU from a larger institution has been amazing, making my life easier and having quick and personalized communication when I need it.
