If I could give no stars of negative 5 stars that would be more appropriate.nThis location is the worst at getting gnFood out from the time you order to the window. And I wouldn't get taco bell there either unless its a regular taco because the don't know their recipes. Watch your lids on your drinks they pop off easily. Shame on KFC for letting this place fall to such standards!

The drive through Is showing improvement with customer service and amount of time it takes to get through.

Awful. Left the drive through 10 minutes ago. They would ask us what we would like, tell us to wait. Come back and say “what can I get for you? Let me go check what we have.” And repeat two more times. Once we got home, we opened the bag of sides, we asked for mashed potatoes and gravy, they gave us coleslaw. I called to let them know they messed up, the only thing the guy said “I’m sorry ma’am, next time we’ll get it right.” And hung up. Do not go here, incompetent teenagers are all you will find here.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They forgot both my honey mustard AND honey. Only my order, not my 3 friends. So disappointing. Chicken and biscuit themselves were fine, but I ended up buying sauce at a store nearby.
